Along with the technology's development, and supporting by the government as well as mass foreign investment, domestic high technology enterprises have boomed soon, and become more and more important to the growth of GDP. However, high-tech products' life-cycles have a trend to be shorten, for the speeding up of technique's upgrade. Therefore, high technology enterprises are under a huge pressure of struggling to survival and development. How to deal with the super-competitive environment resulting from uncertainty and techniques' immediate change, and obtain a continual predominance, is not only one of the most concerning problems for high technology enterprises, but also the ultimate object of this study.According the study, it is the dynamic capability, which is the capability of integrating, building and reconfiguring enterprises' internal and external capabilities so as to adapt to the fleetly changed environment, that makes and keeps high technology enterprises predominant. Using multiple-cases analyzing method, evolvement economics analyzing pattern and Boolean Algebra, this dissertation studies on the issues of how to identify the dynamic capability of high technology enterprise, what are the capability's composition, how does this capability come to being, being cultivated and promoted.In part 2, the author reviews the advancing background, definition, intrinsic functions of dynamic capability theory, and the relationships between dynamic capability and lasting competitive advantage. This review gives the dissertation some theoretic resources.In part 3, basing on the life-cycles of high technology enterprises, and using multiple cases method, the author builds three representations of recognizing the dynamic capabilities of high technology enterprises, which is demonstrated to be composed of three sub-capabilities, that is, entrepreneur capability, organizing capability, and technique innovation capability, and those three sub- capabilities' compound processing is analyzed at last.In part 4, the character of resource-based and path reliability of high technology enterprise's dynamic capability's forming process is analyzed, and a model used to explain this process is built, which is based on the three representations of recognizing the dynamic capabilities of high technology enterprises, and highlighted the resource-based quality and quality of path dependence, and averting the drawback that dynamic capability is formed by knowledge's cumulation and conversion. Besides, the author gives some advice about how to cultivate high technology enterprise's dynamic capability.In part 5, Based on the dynamic capability's evolution model which is given by this dissertation, two methods have been brought forward to promote the dynamic capability of high technology enterprise, one is to set up strategic alliance with counterparts, the other is knowledge-and-technique-based mergers and acquisitions.The study on dynamic capability of high technology enterprise covers two fields, economics and management, and involves resource-bases theory, knowledge-bases theory, organization management theory, technology innovation theory, strategy management theory, mergers and acquisitions theory, evolution economics theory and so on. Thus, it is more complex than a common study. The dissertation makes only a threshold research, so as to provide some clues to further study.
