A Study Of Enterprise Intelligent Strategic Decision Method Based On Analysis Of SWOT

With China joining WTO and the market system is turning gradually perfect, all kinds of enterprises face huge opportunities and challenges. How to hold the opportunities and face the challenges is the problem that every enterprise has to consider hardly. Accompany with the strategic environment that enterprises face is increasingly complicated, especially the exterior environment is changing continuously, strategic decision is becoming more important than any time of before to enterprises. However, the enterprise strategy decision that only depends on artificial method and people's intelligence is completely not enough. With the technology of computer and Internet developing continuously, enterprise strategic decision has already developed to the Intelligent Strategic Decision Support Systems. The intelligent strategic decision is a process based on information, by the information analysis, we get the key decision information that supports the enterprise strategic decision, which is to use in the concrete decision analysis methods.This thesis firstly carries on a research on the information analysis of the intelligent strategic decision, then chooses the SWOT analysis method of the strategy decision method, aims at the problems of traditional SWOT analysis method that exists in the enterprise strategy decision information analysis, uses the expert system technique and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method to carry on an improvement to the SWOT analysis method to get the information analysis that is applicable to the enterprise intelligent strategic decision, and carries on a research on the improvement method combined to a concrete example.Under the situation that the strategic decision is realizing by the computer technique has been an irresistible trend, the research of this thesis has got more important realistic meanings. It can carry out qualitative analysis by the expert system imitating the thinking mode of the expert, combined to the quantitative calculation method of the decision support systems, to carry on a valid improvement to the traditional decision analysis method, to realize the intelligent strategic decision support systems in the end in order to support the enterprise key figures to carry on the strategic decision efficiently.
