With the arrival of the finance opening outward completely and along with our country joining the WTO in 2006,the commercial bank of our country are facing the unprecedented challenge. Although the reform of the commercial bank in our country, especially the four state-owned greatest banks is continuously deepening, the international competition ability gets promoting continuously, there still exist the big margin compared with the commercial bank industry of the developed nation and the region.With the international competition ability theories and commercial bank management theories as basis, drawing lessons from the foundation of the fruit of the studies of domestic and international scholars, this text adopt the method of combining norm analyze to substantial analyze, evaluate the valuation index of the domestic and international commercial bank first, and then according to the actual circumstance of the commercial bank of our country, set up the evaluation system of the commercial bank of our country , then carries on the substantial evidence analysis to domestic and international the commercial banks, analyzing the advantage and disadvantage of the commercial bank in our country, and further study the reason of the lower international competition ability of the commercial banks of our country, put forward some possible counter plans on this foundation.
