Research On Relationship Of Entrepreneur's Competence And Enterprise Performance

First of all, this paper does a research on three function models of the relationship of entrepreneur's competence and enterprise performance, that is the function model of beyond property-right argument by Liu Shaojia and Li Ji, the function model of the relationship of human resources and enterprise performance by Cheng Chengping and the function model of property delimitation by Fu Weining. Each function model has emphasized the importance of a certain factor. The function model of beyond property-right argument by Liu Shaojia and Li Ji stresses that market competition from the outside is the main factor which influences the function model of entrepreneur's competence and enterprise performance. The function model of the relationship of human resources and enterprise performance by Cheng Chengping believes that the factor of human resources plays a crucial role in the function model. The function model of property delimitation by Fu Weining gives prominence to the factor of property delimitation. The same disadvantage of the three function models is that they ignore the interrelation between the whole factors. Based on the above study, the paper clearly expounds that entrepreneur's competence, producing effort, management mechanism, resources, industrial situation and outside market structure are the main factors which affect enterprise performance, considering from an aggregative view of internal and external causes.Besides, by founding a function model of the relationship of entrepreneur's competence and enterprise performance, this paper explains more clearly about the logic relationship of those factors and reveals that how those factors inter-connected and inter-restricted each other. Based on the function model of the relationship of entrepreneur's competence and enterprise performance and the established indenture, this paper makes a demand and supply research on the relationship of entrepreneur's competence, which is decisive, and enterprise performance from a micro-cosmic side.
