In recently, products update so quickly, and enterprises of science and technology face theopportunities and challenges.Although the growth tendency of technology enterprises is okay, butthe gap among enterprises is increasing. Product innovation, talent introduction, efficientmanagement is the breakthrough key of the technology enterprises, thus the development oftechnology enterprises also exist many problems. Throughout the development of Zhejiang privateeconomic performance, great achievement, unique development model, bright prospects fordevelopment and private technology enterprise are most outstanding and important. The samedevelopment background, the same economic environment, but the operation of technology privateenterprises has different performance. Based on the problems, from the internal review, we willdiscuss how to improve enterprise performance from the basic resources and capacity.Differently,from the aspect of the entrepreneur the research analyses the elements to affect theperformance, and separating resources from abilities, introducing the core ability as theintermediary variable between resources and enterprise performance. Firstly, this paper combed thedomestic and foreign research literature of the entrepreneur theory, the resource-based theory, corecompetence and business performance; Secondly, considering the development of privatetechnology enterprises in Zhejiang province, from the level of individual, company, and social,theintangible resources of entrepreneurs will be divided into entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs’ businessnetworks and entrepreneurs’ social reputation resources, and divide core competence into nativecore ability and mature core ability, business performance into human resources performance,market performance and financial performance; thirdly, build theoretical model and researchassumptions of the intangible resources of entrepreneur, core competence and business performance;fourthly, using the empirical analysis to verify the corresponding assumptions.Research adopts the method of questionnaire survey to collect data, and then use SPSS17.0andAMOS17.0software for data analysis, the main conclusions are as follows: firstly, three of the fourdimensions of entrepreneurship(innovation consciousness, opportunity sharpness, adventure andchallenge) has significant positive influence, and challenge consciousness is not obvious; Secondly,three dimensions (relationship quality, intensity, the relationship between stability) of businessnetwork all have significant positive effects on business performance; Thirdly, the two dimensionsof corporate reputation resources (emotional factors and cognitive factors) have significant positiveinfluence on business performance, and the influence of emotional factors is greater than the latter.Fourthly, the key resources have significant positive effects on core competence, the effect of entrepreneurship and business network are not significant, but the influence of the reputationresources is very significant. Fifthly, the influences of the core competence to performance in twodimensions (original core competence and mature core competence) are significant, and theinfluence of the former is better. Sixthly, the enterprise core ability take the partial intermediary rolebetween the critical resources and business performance, and the entrepreneurial spirit and networkdirect effect is not significant, and the path need the role of core competence, and the total effect ofentrepreneurs’ social reputation resources is higher than the former two.To raise the operating performance of private technology enterprises in Zhejiang province, theresearch put forward a series of practical enlightenment from entrepreneurship、technologicalnetwork resource、reputation and core capability, hoping to provide a reference value to privatetechnology enterprises in Zhejiang province.
