Research On The Influence Of Enterpreneur Relations Network On Enterprises' Performance

How to gain competitive advantage in the fierce competition environment and how to present different business performance in the same economic environment are two hot issues in the management field.By sorting out relevant literature,this paper finds that entrepreneurs,as the makers and supervisors of enterprise strategic decisions,can achieve efficient growth of enterprise performance by coordinating and integrating the advantages of multi-platform resources.The heterogeneity of entrepreneurs' personal resources can be a necessary condition for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages.Entrepreneurs' personal resources not only strive for enterprises'resource advantages in the market environment,but also exert an important influence on enterprise performance through their dynamic capabilities.At present,researches mainly focus on the analysis of factors in the external environment of enterprises,and there are few researches on how entrepreneurs utilize and transform the acquired resources through their own relationship networks through the dynamic capability of enterprises,so as to provide necessary conditions for improving enterprise performance.Therefore,this paper discusses from the perspective of entrepreneurs,and studies how entrepreneurs transform the resources brought about by their own relationship network into the resources required by enterprise operation and development through the dynamic capability of enterprises.This is not only in line with China's national conditions in the private science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises in the fierce competition in the market environment put forward by the development of appeal,but also further enrich and expand the entrepreneur relationship network,business performance and other areas of research content.This study first private small and medium-sized enterprises to the relevant data as sample,the entrepreneur network,dynamic capabilities and business performance into a unified theory frame,by questionnaire design,data processing,re-use SPSS20.0,Amos24.0 verify the hypothesis proposed in this paper,the empirical analysis to explore the influence of the relationship between the variables,which has been opened for entrepreneur networks affect the operating performance of"black box" is of great significance.The results show that the entrepreneur relationship network has a positive impact on the business performance of enterprises,among which the external horizontal relationship network of entrepreneurs plays the strongest role,followed by the external vertical relationship network of entrepreneurs,and finally the internal vertical relationship network of entrepreneurs.The dynamic capability of an enterprise has a significant positive impact on its operating performance.Entrepreneur relation network has a positive effect on enterprise dynamic capability.Enterprise dynamic capability plays a significant intermediary role in the influence of entrepreneur relationship network on enterprise performance.At the end of this paper,based on the purpose of improving the business performance of enterprises,relevant Suggestions are put forward in the aspect of entrepreneur relationship network,and the expectation of this research direction is also put forward at the end of this paper.
