Theodore W. Schultz thinks that the job turnover is one important way to increase human capital. Basing on the observation, we find that the turnover is two-edged to employees. It can increase also decrease human capital. One most important finding is that the employees' turnover can bring human capital losses to firms. The 21st century is knowledge economy era, the employee with high human capital is the key to enterprise. With the development of the reform in China, job turnover is more familiar to everyone. After the openness and the reform, employees turnover more frequently. To the new century, with more college students are recruited, employees turnover even more. On the other hand, because of the morbidity of labor market, the turnover is disorder. The disorder turnover will engender human capital flowing risk. In this thesis, we analyze the disorder turnover in China, the impact to enterprise, especially the deposit of human capital. And then we analyze the reasons of employee turnover in theory and empirically, at last we table some proposals to prevent the employee turnover.In this thesis, we firstly introduce the status quo of employee turnover in China, we find the turnover is frequent and in order with comparison. We also introduce the relative theories we applied such as the human capital investment theory. In order to make this thesis more understood, we even introduce the study methods in the first part. In the second part, we summarize the relative study. We analyze the impact to enterprise with the theories in the third part, the major impact is the risk of human capital flowing. In the fourth and the fifth part, we respectively analyzes the reasons and the impact factors in theory and empirically, the data is from our investigation record, which's called turnover status of firm human recourses. We analyze the impact factors from two parts, on the enterprise hand and on the employee hand. The study bases on the investigation data. At the last of the thesis, we table some proposals to prevent the employee turnover.
