Manufacturing industry plays a very important role in the national economic development system.It plays the most important role in the process of the development of people's living standard from the state of being poor that is short of food and clothes to be well off.It also makes great contributions to the rapid decline of the poor population in China.Also,four decades of rapid economic growth have made "made in China" a global phenomenon.The huge population resources have always been the biggest support for the sustained and rapid development of Chinese manufacturing industry,as well as the root of the low cost and high competitiveness of our products.However,it turned a point in 2010 about the demographic dividend,the occurrence of "labor shortage" immediately turned the inexhaustible human resources into "hard to find",it like a nightmare to the manufacturing.Before the occurrence of "labor shortage",China's manufacturing enterprises basically belong to extensive development due to the inexhaustible human resources,and profit is low.When it comes,manufacturing culture construction is weak,up to now,no perfect management system has been built,ignore the attention of employees,rely on the emergence of scale economy,rather than employees to drive the enterprise and other shortcomings are exposed so on.The worse thing is that with more than 30 years the rapid development of economy,the living conditions of the new generation of professionals have been changed relative to their parents,a wealth of knowledge,a wide field of vision,higher self-pursuit and stronger ego to protect themselves.It makes them constantly job-hopping,causes the manufacturing staff turnover rate is higher and higher,the personnel of high turnover rate also intensified the difficulty in the development of manufacturing industry because of the extensive management mode,boring work content and limited work environment.This article adopts quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to analyze the phenomenon of staff turnover in F enterprise.It use quantitative analysis methods,like charts and data statistics,to analyze the quantity of staff turnover,and use quantitative analysis and induction to analyze the reasons of staff turnover from the aspects of the company's human resources management,the impact of corporate culture,new employment situation and so on,then to summarize the countermeasures to prevent staff turnover according to different reasons.This article hope through to the study of F enterprise staffs loss situation,find out the specific reason of F enterprise staff turnover,and puts forward specific improvement opinion,but also ensure the long-term stable development of enterprise personnel.Under the condition of constantly improving the competitive position of enterprises,it can also play a certain practical and operational reference value in the development stage of other labor-intensive manufacturing enterprises.
