With the advent of the knowledge economy age, the development of enterprises is more and more dependent on the investment of human capital. However, adequate importance of human capital has not been attached to in most China's state-owned enterprises, which impairs the enthusiasm of the human capital to a great extent. Therefore, problems like "59-year-old phenomenon", "on-the -Job consumption" arise continuously. All these have impeded the development of China's state-owned enterprises heavily. In this sense, it is of both academic value and practical value to make a study of profits sharing of administrator's human capital in China's state-owned enterprises.This thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, value, content and layout of the thesis. The second chapter outlines the human capital theories at home and abroad, the development and status of theory of human capital property rights, and analyzes the scope and characteristics of the human capital property. The third chapter discusses the salary structure and income of administrators in China's state-owned enterprises, makes a comparison of administrators between state-owned enterprises and non state-owned enterprises in nomination, income, and income form. On this basis, the author points out the problems concerning the administrators' compensation system existing in China's state-owned enterprises. In addition, this chapter analyses the meanings, characteristics of the annual salary system and stock option system, and problems which need paying attention to in their implementation. The fourth chapter makes a detailed analysis of the allocation forms that administrators in China's state-owned enterprises share the profits, discusses forms suitable for administrators in China's state-owned enterprises and constructs an income model of administrators in China's state-owned enterprises. The fifth chapter discusses the profits sharing project of administrator's human capital in HeFei RQ Co., Ltd. Taking HeFei RQ Co., Ltd. as an example, this chapter designs a profit-sharing project for the administrators. The last chapter concludes the innovation and study made in this thesis, and puts forward the further study.
