A Study On The Development Strategy Of Public Service Platform For Small And Medium - Sized Enterprises In Dongsheng District

In the past20years of economic reform, in China small and medium-sized enterprises have gained great development during the period. Their position in the economic development and institutional reform in our country have become increasingly prominent and attracted more and more attention. In order to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,also give them full of opportunities to play an important role in the national economy, the central and the local governments have taken some measures to encourage and support them.Although these measures have greatly promoted the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and also continued to encourage people independent innovation enthusiasm,the small and medium-sized enterprises is still beset with difficulties in the development. Public service platform is a booster for the advanced service enterprises.It has been gained great attentions from the central and the local governments. Small and medium-sized enterprises should establish the corresponding public service platform according to the development of various industries and the characteristics of assembling development to meet the need of modern development and regional economic development.In this paper, the public service platform for the small and medium-sized enterprises is the logical starting point for the research.The paper summarizes a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, and conducts a fully study in the field,also analyzes the existing problems in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on this, the paper starts the research on public service platform from the angle of strategy.The content includes the external and internal environment of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Dongsheng district,and the strategic layout to the related industry, the policy and the funds used by government departments to establish a public service platform.The paper researches primarily some problems of the public service platform: firstly,what do the advantages and the limitations for the public service platform model mean at present? Secondly, what constitutes the small and medium-sized enterprise service platform?And how to constitute it? Thirdly, what is the layout of public service platform in Dongsheng? Finally, how to establish the public service platform in Dongsheng?The main results of this paper can be divided into three aspects: firstly, the relationship between the small and medium-sized enterprises and the public platform.
