Study On Selection And Management Of TPL In BH

In today's competitive market, as a new logistic service, TPL is drawing more and more attention from all industries. However, how to select and manage TPL became a handicap of the usage of TPL because it is difficult to assess and control the service of logistics during the selection of TPL. The study of the selection and management of TPL in this thesis can reduce the risk occurred when enterprises outsourcing their logistics, thus makes enterprises really improve their core-competitions and reduce their costs. In this sense, it is of both academic value and practical value to make a study of selection and management of TPL.Firstly, this thesis introduces the background, value, content and layout of this thesis, outlines the concept of TPL and supply chain, analyses the necessary, benefit and weakness of the outsourcing of logistics, and introduces the theories of TPL selection and management at home and abroad. Then it discusses the weakness of current method of choosing TPL in BH and brings forward an innovative way to choose TPL and establishes the model of TPL's selection and management. At last, it introduces the usage of this method in BH by setting up a database and proposes the shortcoming and development of this theory.
