Knowledge Management Research Based On Database Resource For Changqing Oilfield

In the age of knowledge economy, knowledge management, especially effective use ofthe database resources, has become an important source of large petroleum companies to gaina long-term competitive advantage. But, compared with the major Western oil companies,some western oil companies in China are still in its pirmary knowledge management level.They lack the systematic knowledge management system, and the database resourceconstruction is imperfect, and database resources wasted, which is seirously inlfuence theacquisition of enterprise competitive advantages. In response to these questions, this article,from the perspective of database resources, studied on the knowledge management inChangqing oilifeld, and made the following findings:(1)Knowledge management system of Changqing oilifeld. Under the reality ofknowledge management based on database resources for Changqing oilifeld, we chosed thegeneral knowledge management strategy mode, and determined the knowledge managementstrategy system, which include knowledge creation, knowledge share, knowledge innovationand knowledge protection strategies; We regarded the enterpirse environment, technologylevel and human resource construction as the important factors of the knowledgemanagement support system; And we analyzed the knowledge management implementingprocess based on database resources for oil enterpirses, and summaired out the knowledgemanagement run system framework based on database resources for Changqing oilfield.(2)Knowledge management model based on database resources for Changqing oilifeld.On the base of knowledge management model analysis, combining the companies’databaserecources, and oirented to business performance，we posed the knowledge managementmodel based on database resources for Changqing oilifeld. And we analyzed the knowledgemining programme and knowledge flow among the model in detail.(3)The ways to improve the knowledge management level for Changqing oilifeld. First,Changqing oilfield can improve the technological level of the construction of databaseresources and knowledge management platform by strengthening the construction of dataorganization and finishing technology, developing data construction information platform,and hardware facilities and so on. Second, focusing on knowledge management professional talent team construction, and according to the different needs among enterprise general staff,sub-core knowledge-type staff, and core knowledge-type staff, take different incentivemeasures, and finally achieve the maximum effectiveness of incentive. Third, strengtheningenterprise environment construction，mainly include: build the knowledge-type enterpriseculture, establish knowledge management sector, and work out the code of conduct for theknowledge management implementation et. Fourth, focusing on the information exchangedcosts and the benefits of enterprise, we introduce the market charging system in theknowledge resource, with the purpose of promoting the virtuous circle between theknowledge management and database construction.From the perspective of database resources, this article researched the petroleumenterprise’s knowledge management, which has a certain degree of innovation. This studycan enhance Changqing oilfield think highly of the construction of knowledge managementsystem based on database resources, improve the utilization ratio of database resources,increase knowledge assets of Changqing oilfield, and finally raise the ability to acquire thecompetitive advantage of knowledge capital in Changqing oilfield.
