The Research Of Land Planning And Management Database Construction Based On KQGIS

With the rapid development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization, irrational use of land resources has seriously hampered the development process. Scientific and rational allocating land, optimizing land-using structure and improving land productivity environment have become concerned problems by experts and scholars. Land ministry has prepared a new round of land remediation plan (2010-2015) in a county as a unit on the basis of land-using planning (2006-2020).Firstly, the paper has analyzed and explored the background of the construction land remediation database, and pointed out the urgency of building the database, at the same time, stating systematically the development of domestic and international land database systems, on this basis, it leads to the purpose and meaning of constructing land remediation plan database.Then, the paper has adopted several research methods including literature, case studies, comparative analysis, data analysis and others. It has chose the firmament GIS and Access database as research platform which has chose Changfeng County land remediation plan(2011-2015) as the object of study to constructing Changfeng County land remediation planning on the basis of comparing the advantages and disadvantages among land remediation and the theory of GIS, GIS software and database platforms.The point is to put planning’s data into database for the sake of facilitating managing, using and sharing the completed analysis, research, establishment of vector data, tabular data and raster data of land remediation planning. The paper detailed the conversion and into the database of base-period data, planning data into database, index analysis and output for database result in the process of building the database. Also, it put forward the solutions to the encountered problems in the process of building the database.At the last, the paper has explored the outcome of land remediation plan database, and summarized the process of building the database and prospected the future.
