Abstract/Summary:
For the dispersing of time and space of the traditional R&D organizations, the resources sharing on the intellectual achievement, technology and information are restricted greatly. At the same time, the operation efficiency is also decreased. With the development of information network technology, obstacle of spatio-temporal is removed and Virtual R&D Organization is created. The new organization, Virtual R&D Organization is a new style R&D alliance by the connection of information network technology for a special R&D target and content.Now, the tech-innovation capacity of some medium and small enterprises in our country is weak and the R&D capability of enterprises is poor. Therefore it is difficult to satisfy the need of renewing product. The internal enterprises in industrial cluster build many Virtual R&D Organizations by information network to adapting to the change of marketplace rapidly and improve tech-innovation capability. As the different of R&D efficiency and profit, the loose organization and little sanction, it must lead transferring of the enterprises in industrial cluster from the Virtual R&D Organization of low profit to the Virtual R&D Organization of high profit. At last, the number of Virtual R&D Organizations will achieve the balanced coalition structure.This paper adopts relative principles of industrial organization and Game theory, based on above background. It studies the balanced structure of competitive virtual R&D organization in industry cluster and cooperative strategy of virtual R&D organization in the balanced structure, and brings forward corresponding countermeasures.This paper consists of five chapters. Its structure is following.The first chapter is introduction which is the basis and springboard of the whole paper. It includes the source of problem, summarization of relative research home and abroad, hypothesis and the main innovation.The second chapter defines the virtual R&D organization, and then based on this definition bounds it to competitive virtual R&D organization and cartel virtual R&D organization. The competitive virtual R&D organization is mainly studied.The third chapter and the four chapter is the key chapter in this paper. Although the internal and external enterprises in industry cluster set up Virtual R&D Organization and share the fruits of R&D to improve R&D efficiency, the cooperation degree among the members of competitive virtual R&D organization is low because they are competitive relations and each partner determines its research expenditure to maximize the sum of the member's profit. The purpose of this paper is to explore the stable coalition structure of competitive virtual R&D organizations under the same industry by building the game model which has four competitive virtual R&D organizations and deduce the number of virtual R&D organizations in the stable coalition structure.The fifth chapter includes the further study and expectation of this thesis.
