1. The structure, content and viewpoint of this thesis:This thesis is concerning about the study between the macro control theory and practice. The dissertation contains 5 main parts as follows:Chapter 1 is an introduction, this part mainly introduces the research purpose, significance, studying method and main content in this paper.Chapter 2 points out the western macro control theory. It contains three factions: Keynes branch, new liberalism branch and new Keynes branch. Keynes branch advanced that the government should intervene the national economy. The lack of virtual value is because of unemployment. The way to solve this problem is that the government uses the financial policy and the monetary policy to achieve sufficient employment.Chapter 3 reviews 6 macro control stages of our country's transfer. Based on the Keynesianism, this part analyses the effect and shortage of each stage. Our country's macro control goes through shortage to surplus, hot to cold, inflation to deflation. It has been successfully deal with many complicated status.Chapter 4 analyses the main questions about the body, means, objects and aims of the macro control. The questions about the body of the macro control: the judgment standard about the market economy is not clear. The error, offside and absence of the government are serious. The questions about the means of the macro control: The monetary means is singleness and the monetary market is not perfect. The financial means can not suit the market economy. The questions about the objects of the macro control: The economic gross is expanding rapidly, but the structure of the economy is not appropriate. The questions about the aims of the macro control: The supply of work force is expanding rapidly, the structural problems with the graduates, the quality of the employment and so on.Chapter 5 is trying to advance steps towards the questions. Firstly, we should insist on scientific development view, carry on system innovation. Secondly, we should transform the role of the government, establish the service type of government. Thirdly, we should change growth fashion of the economy, establish the saving type of the government. Fourthly, we should put up structure transformation, process the informationization. Fifthly, we should settle the employment issue as the stress of the macro control. Lastly, we should adjust the income distribution as the key of the macro control.2. The main contribution and shortage of the thesisWith regard to the macro control from the transfer of the society, the thesis is trying to innovate studies as follows:Firstly, the thesis unites the Keynesianism and the practice of the macro control, analyses the benefit and harm of each macro control stage. It will provide experiences for the government's control.Secondly, the thesis entirely analyses the main questions about the body, means, objects and aims of the macro control. The arrangement is clear and the framework is prominent.Thirdly, the thesis combines the questions, summarizes the steps and countermeasures to improve our country's macro control.Due to myself lack of theory accomplishment, knowledge accumulation and research thinking, the thesis exists many bugs and shortages. I will improve it in my further study.
