The Problems And Strategies Of Chinese Housing Industrialization

With the sustainable, stable and healthy development of China national economy, for there is a great number and a great range of housing under construction in China, housing industry as a new force rises gradually and becomes one of the support industries to the national economy playing a more and more important role to contribute to China national economy, there is a great prospect for the development of housing industrialization. But because of the short-time development and low degree of Chinese housing industrialization could not fit the requirement of national economy's development, it issignificant to research on how to enhance housing industrialization to change the traditional building method to the intensive method of housing industrialization.Housing industrialization can improve the quality of houses and meet the people's increasing demand on housing consumption and pulls national economy greatly.This paper expounds on the gap in the housing industrialization between china and the developed countries and the existing problems, and proposed strategies in the development of housing industrialization.First of all is the concept of housing industry,housing industrialization and the corresponding understanding of the concept are introduced. This paper has an intension of setting forth the need, goals of improving housing industry and its great significances. The author addresses herself to the necessity of realizing housing industrialization in China from various aspects.Then,in allusion to different phases of Chinese housing industrialization course, the author concludes the main problems existing in Chinese housing industrialization situation. Through compareing the status quo of housing industrialization in suchdeveloped countries——the US and Japan , the author analyzes the gap in housingindustrialization between China and the developed countries.At last, enlightened by the housing industrialization situations of the developed countries, the author proposes strategies and countermeasures for promoting the housing industrialization from various aspects, such as constituting different administrative levels' institution for housing industrialization, the measures the government should take, increasing the technology content of housing industrialization,speeding up and perfecting state-standarded housing capable index system,setting up the construction system suitable for housing industrialization, establishing and completing the recommendation system of parts, components and accessories, pioneering the new integrative area between construction and remodeling,founding the national exemplary base for housing industrialization, supporting and leading the development of group industrialized companies, intensifying intercourse and studying from each other to promote the development of Chinese housing industrialization. Through enumerating the situations of housing industrialization in Shanghai,the author give some suggestions to drive housing industrialization .
