Farmers' Cooperative Economic Organization is a new form of organization in the course of agricultural industrialization. It is also a new way to realize the advanced relation of production in the country's rural areas. Farmers' Cooperative Economic Organization is playing an important role in developing modern agriculture, boosting the rural areas' economy, and increasing farmers' income. Its potential influence on pushing and promoting the New Socialist Countryside Construction has not been recognized. Attention hasn't been paid to its deep influence on the social economy development and the political reform in China in the future.By making an analysis on the function of the Farmer's Cooperative Economy Organization, this essay is trying to reveal the inner relationship between the Farmer's Cooperative Economy Organization and the New Socialist Countryside Construction, that is the establishment and the development of the Farmer's Cooperative Economy Organization would be the New Socialist Countryside Construction, and the basic path and practical choice to solve the "San Nong" Problems which are the problems regarding Agriculture, Countryside and farmers. We should try more best to promote the development of the Farmer's Cooperative Economy Organization, ensure the great effect on our New Socialist Countryside Construction by the Farmer's Cooperative Economy Organization and avoid the adverse influence on the establishment and development of FCEO due to neglect. This article has made further study on the shortcomings and the limitations for the development of Farmer's Cooperative Economy Organization in current situation, and the position of the government during the establishment and development of the FCEO. Based on the a series of researches mentioned above, this article would be presenting some political suggestion on the establishment and development of Farmer's Cooperative Economy Organization.
