The Study Of Peasant's Cooperative Economic Organization In The Construction Of Socialist New Countryside

Peasant's cooperative economic organization is set up by peasants with their free will, it takes the tenet as serving for peasants, conducts production and business as ties, regards the cooperation on production, processing and distribution as key realms, considers the protecting benefits of peasants and increasing members' income as its purpose. It is an economic organization of self-business, independently responsible for profit and loss, self-management and self-accumulation. The study of China Peasant's cooperative economic organization is meaningful for the construction of socialist new countryside, for solving "three dimensional rural issues" in China, and for the construction of socialist harmonious society.This thesis is on the basis of Marxism and western cooperative economic theory, adopting theoretic and factual analysis, static and dynamic analysis, assisting with data and case study. It discusses the relationship between peasant's cooperative economic organization and the construction of socialist new countryside, as well as the suggestion to develop peasant's cooperative economic organizations in China's construction of socialist new countryside. The thesis is divided into five parts: the first part illustrates the theory and meaning of this passage, as well as the study idea; and the second part researches the theoretic and realistic basis of the peasant's cooperative economic organization in our country; the third part retrospect and analyses the history and actuality of the peasant's cooperative economic organization in China; the fourth part discusses the relationship between peasant's cooperative economic organization and the construction of socialist new countryside; and the fifth part bring forward the suggestion by which develop peasant's cooperative economic organizations in China's construction of socialist new countrysideSuch conclusions can be drawn on the basis of the study above: Firstly, the peasant's cooperative economic organization nowadays differs from peasant's cooperative organization in China history, it is a new type peasant's cooperative pattern, and it is an organizing innovation in rural area which is beneficial for solving "three dimensional rural issues" in China. Secondly, the construction of socialist new countryside, as well as the peasant's cooperative economic organization is the base for each other, and this thesis states peasant's cooperative economic organization benefits pushing forward the construction of socialist new countryside to the self-construction period by peasants, so we should develop the peasant's cooperative economic organization greatly in China now. Finally, in the future, rural area should build multi-purpose and all-around community cooperative organization system, basing on the peasant's cooperative economic organization, assisting with other type of cooperative organization.
