Today, the world is striding forward to the knowledge economy age. In the knowledge age, the human resource and human capital are the domain factors. The managing barycenter and pattern of modern enterprise are turning from "managing things" to "managing persons". Human resource management is the core of modern enterprise. Any enterprises who want to win the predominant of durative compete, they must think much of the human resource management. But, in China, the traditional personal management infection have affect us for decades years. There are many problems existing in some enterprise'human resource management, and taking the employee have no enthusiasm to work, that influence the employee have no efficiency. The effect is the enterprise lost their competing strength.Therefore, how to scoop out,make use of,request to stay a talented person and raise the incumbency employee's work enthusiasm, becoming the key of the business enterprise existence development.If each aspect of the employee's satisfaction to the business enterprise is high, they will work hard actively, create more value for the business enterprise.Whereas, the employee will lose the motive of the aggressive work, lowering its working efficiency and work quality, even will cause the employee leave office.So, the business enterprise has to be raised the employee's satisfaction in the management, stiring up the aggressive,active that the employee work and creating, can make the employee keep the best appearance in the work, develop their intelligent wisdom and ability well, make a business enterprise at the market competition neutral of the vehemence in the invincible position. Which each aspect of satisfied of the employee to the business enterprise, becoming the governor is the most focus on.This text is using a three star hotel in Jiaonan City of Qingdao for research object. Making use of the modern human resource management theories and knowledge that the MBA learned, combining the characteristics of the hotel industry itself,investigating the employee'satisfaction to theie work, so to find out the valid path that the exaltation employee's satisfaction corresponds a counterplan.This text passed the method of the case study, studying a business enterprise to carry on employee's satisfaction to investigate of the method and process, and put forward an exaltation employee's satisfaction to correspond a counterplan on this foundation.Passing to understand analysis really to employee's satisfaction, looking for the maximum limit of method which can with transfer the employee's aggressive and creative power, carrying out employee himself development and business enterprise can keep on to develop this common goal.Also expect this text can can drawn lessons to others hotels in China while resolving employee the satisfaction problems.
