Along with the quick change of the social system and the continuous sharpening of competitions, the problem of employee's stress is increasingly outstanding. And the excessive stress can result in injure very greatly to the worker, also will produce the negative influence to the organization, so the stress management is paid more and more attention to.Besides, with the change of organization structure and the living environment of the organization, with the increasing uncertainty of organization development, staffs career development model has changed more. The new job-development model brings lots of changes in successful-standard and development-path and employer-employee relationship, etc. They aggravate the pressure of workers. At present, job development has become one of the main pressure sources that has influenced the staff to work.Basing on the basic theories of the sociology, psychology, management science, with the stress management's theories and profession career theories, the author analyses the pressure problem of the staff. Also the author analyses the necessities of the pressure brought to staff in job development and the importance of pressure management. At last, the author puts forward the practical pressure solution.
