The pressure is the hot topic of the current global, human life always have to face alot of pressure. As the human life always has to face a lot of pressure, pressure isbecoming one of the hottest topics all over the world. The increasing fierce competitionbetween Chinese enterprises make the employees tremendously stressed. As one kind ofmuch pressure of employees, pressure from work is both a powerful driving force and anegative traction. If the company can’t handle the staff’s negative impacts ofwork-pressure appropriately, not just a threat occurs in the enterprise’s economy andalso the Key Performance Indicator of organization, but it will affect employee’s senseof achievement accomplishment, even their physical and mental health. But if handledappropriately, it will become a driving force that makes the staff work dynamically andefficiently. Therefore, relieving the stress of employees is favorable for the enterprise,organization, and individual.Under the business culture and in the performance management, this article is dueto research the pressure, the source of pressure of the employees and the method torelieve the stress, according with the current trend of the development of informationprocess in China and considering about the features of internet game developmentindustry. As TX is a well-known Internet company in the country, and is also the leaderin game operation and development companies, the research of this company can bevaluable for other company in this field to reference and learn. By deep learning aboutthe theoretical and sources of pressure, in this article we designed the questionnaire thatgets the information about the working pressure and pressure sources of the employeesof TX Interactive Entertainment Business Group. From the results of the questionnairewe figured out the main sources of work pressure of employees of TX InteractiveEntertainment Business Group by statistical analysis, and classified and identified thepressure sources to seek the solutions of stress management.By the staff’s identification of current stress management program and that of thetraditional industry, this article synthesizes the features of the Internet industry and thestress management programs of the advanced Internet industries to find the proper stress to stimulate the staff. That can make staff excited and work positively. So they canproduce a marked effect on their jobs and themselves will get satisfaction andachievability. However too much pressure from the endless work or the visional goalswill reduce the employees’ excitement but frustrate them. They may work inefficientlyand negatively. So it’s very important to keep moderate pressure at work. And the stressmanagement of companies needs to identify and take the appropriate measures actively.From the pressure estimation and seven sides of pressure management, this articledesigned a practical, reliable and suitable for TX Interactive Entertainment BusinessGroup project of stress management. And this provided a powerful example for thedesignment of stress management program of private Internet companies.
