The Study On Strategies Towards Tertiary Industry Development Of Lanzhou Railway Bureau

The competitive edge of a company is a decisive factor for its development in the market economy. With the rapid growth of the national economy, railway companies have to speed up its steps to better serve the nation. By means of adapting to innovative management, improving the staff's working style, and focusing on the development and the long-term goal, the company's tertiary industry should exert full achievements in the production.This thesis raises the issue for the state-owned enterprises to sharpen the competitive edge to adjust to the market competition in the market economy. With a survey on the development of the Lanzhou Railway Bureau tertiary industry, as well as his own working experience there, the author analyzed the operating conditions and clarifies the significance of the acceleration of the tertiary industry and brings forward some effective suggestions based upon the analysis of the problems. On the whole, the thesis aims at exploring a new mode for the state-owned enterprises to specialize the primary industry, revitalize the tertiary industry to establish the modern enterprise system in accordance with the requirement of the market economy.
