Because of these dealers and vendors in petrol sell must advisement their risk in petrol inventory and transport. At the same time, united-inventory management in base of risk share ideas this makes it more fitly to petrol sell enterprises management their inventory.There is little literature that specially introduces the inventory of petrol-sell-enterprise. So, firstly, this thesis may introduce some thesis about general united-inventory control. Secondly, this thesis introduces many inventory models mostly about two-grade inventory management. Then in chapter 2 this thesis analysis the risk in petrol inventory and transport particular. This means of risk value that fit the petrol sell enterprises was inferred. At last, this thesis ameliorates the inventory model in base of risk analysis and at the hypothesis that the united system has single vendor and none single dealer.
