Inventory Management And Control Strategy Study Of Hangzhou Dingzheng

Inventory management is an important component and aspect of the supply chain for an enterprise logistics.For the manufacturer or third-party logistics enterprises,as well as distribution centers, inventory is often occupied by many funds.From the actual situation of our country at present,the production of direct costs only 10%of the total cost,and logistics costs account for product 40 percent of the total cost,including the cost of inventory logistics costs accounted for 80% to 90%.In other words,the cost of inventory accounting for the total cost of the products 32%to 36%,far greater than the direct costs of production.In 2000,the inventory cost of our country has been as high as half of GDP(about 4 trillion).Inventory management in supply chain management as one of the important contents,for the purpose of inventory control methods,means,technology and process a collection of the inventory-to-business is to plan,coordinate and control work.Based on the above concept of change management,inventory management up to the whole supply chain is considered as a question.Supply chain management, the key is on the corporate chain coordination and cooperation,and coordination of supply chain inventory coordination and cooperation in an important part.Therefore,supply chain inventory management environment research is currently a hotspot.In this paper,theory with practice,in the context of sustainable development perspective,the integrated use of multi-disciplinary theory, Hangzhou DingZHeng’s inventory management is carried out a detailed analysis of the structure of beginning on the basic theory of inventory management,which has made elaborate combined with Hangzhou DingZHeng the actual situation of inventory management and foreign development experiences and Hangzhou DingZHeng management of inventory optimization strategy.By analyzing Hangzhou DingZHeng’s organizational structure, modes of production and order management models,we find the current of inventory management problems in Hangzhou DingZHeng.With analysis of the data in 2008 on the ABC classification of materials,A-type materials control strategy is adopted by suppliers for the establishment of a joint inventory management,re-use group advantages,and downstream customers to establish a joint inventory management.
