Research On Application Of ERP In Petrol & Chemical Sales Enterprises

At the same time of achieving application effect,business enterprises suffered a lot of difficulties during the process of extending the application practices in China.It will not only have serious negative effect to the improvement of management level,whole diathesis and economic benefit,but also restrict the development of national economic.Therefore,the objective of this article is to provide relevant reference on implementation and application of ERP System for related enterprises by expatiating on the deep influences and renovation of the business management of petrol&chemical sales enterprises arising from implementing ERP System,and perform analysis on the misconception and deficiencies during current implementation process.This article introduced ERP System briefly at first,then introduced the basic status, organization structure and renovation of ERP project of Sinopec Hebei branch,on which described the background and objective of the implementation of ERP System of the Branch.The second,this article described the issues existed and improvement needed within ERP implementation and application of sales department through performing analysis on business process of sales department,the influence of ERP System and the effect of ERP implementation on sales process.Through the combination of interview and survey on relevant staff who involved in ERP implementation and application of the Branch,and in manner of researching, interviewing,concluding and deduction,this article concluded the main characteristics, experiences and misplays of ERP implementation and application of the Branch. Moreover,this article identified the experiences and deficiencies of ERP implementation and application for Petrol&Chemical sales enterprises in view of both methodology and practice.
