How to develop new product speedily is a vital problem, which each high-tech company must be confronted with in China. The only approach to winning competition advantages, beyond all doubt, is to develop the next generation new product, launching continuous competitive product, and supplying the market with new product satisfied customer's requirements. However, how to develop new product fleetly is a practical problem that we must face and try to solve in new product development on condition that product quality and research and development cost are controlled effectively and efficiently, Speedy Integrated Development Process Management Model(SIDPM) is a new methodology of research and development management.This dissertation has academic and realistic significance because its research field is concerning product development process management. According to the study route—finding problem, analyzing problem, solving problem, this paper focuses on the severe challenges and the actual state of high-tech enterprises in China, the author does deem that the essence of business process should be a set of chains of activities which are strategy- oriented, matching well, effective & efficient based on the fact that applying all kinds of current R&D management mindset and methodologies to analyzing all aspects of those problems, and establish Speedy Integrated Development Process Management Model (SIDPM) and its conceptual model as well as expatiate on primary aspects of the model's frame structure.SIDPM is a system of theory about product development of high-tech enterprises in China, it has excellent maneuverability in practice, which has been brought into effect successfully in A kitchen ware co., Ltd. and B Meters Group Limited by reforming their product development process system. In fact and in the future applying the theory has been and will be reducing cycle times dramatically, meanwhile, product quality is assured and R&D cost is controlled effectively. This theory not only has far-reaching strategic meaning but also will be applicable for various high-tech companies in the future. Furthermore, it will improve greatly level of research and development management of high-tech enterprises in China.
