The agent enterprise's surplus share increases with the decrease of Lerner index in case the proxy enterprise's relative importance is weaker when existing exterior person. In other words the proxy enterprise requestes more shares with the freight transportation enterprise's monopoly influence dropping which is consistent with our intuition. This article also concluded the proxy enterprise's surplus share is too small through the data simulation, which might be the cause of the slow development of the proxy enterprise. But under fixed pattern,the article based on Holmstrom's model(1982), made up the model hypothesis question. The side has to work hard even if a side's surplus share is zero considering the life-long profit maximization.
