Research On Economic Development Strategy Of Metropolitan Interlocking Region Of Harbin, Daqing And Qiqihar

In 2002, the project of the development of northeast old industrial base was proposed. Then, in 2003, the point of planning the region economy was proposed. Afterwards, the problem of region economy becomes more and more hot. As the northeast old industrial base, HeilongJiang province owned a magnificent period in the last century . At the same time, the three cities- Harbin, Daqing and Qiqihar own the instinct Superiority. While, in the past time, these cities don't develop as a whole . As a result, there are so many imperfect aspects, such as localization of urban development, industrial connection and cooperation among cities, and so on.Starting with the literature review and the introduction of relative research methods, the development experiences and enlightenments of major cities are summarized, which provides some theoretical and practical reference for the development of Harbin, Daqing and Qiqihar. The metropolitan interlocking region of Harbin, Daqing and Qiqihar is analyzed by comprehensive strength appraisal method, static appraisal method, dynamic appraisal method. Finally, based on the actual situation of the three cities, respective city localization proposals and the entire city group coordinated development strategies are put forward.
