Complexity And Response Mode Of County Industry In Metropolitan Interlocking Region

This paper tells the complexity and specificity existing in the county industrialdevelopment within the metropolitan interlocking region from the perspective ofindustrial economics and urban geography. The process of urbanization in China hasbeen obviously paced up, large cities as the center of all the city levels and the rise ofregional economic group and region can control regional economic have become anew feature of urban development, regional development groups into the city-likestage of development. However the "urban and rural areas" under the requirements ofdevelopment, simply focus on urban development can not meet our presentrequirements of building a moderately prosperous society. The development inmedium and small cities and rural areas gradually leads to the development of thetheory community and the government’s attention and become an importantconstruction task of "The period of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan". This paper willexamine the perspective of the overall development of the region located in the higherlevel of metropolitan interlocking region and is within the combined effect of multiplecounty metropolitan areas,taken mid southern Liaoning metropolitan interlockingregion inside the Dengta for example, trying to explore such complexity of theunique area of industrial development, to make such a special county region in theprocess of industrial development should be taken to adapt to the complexity ofdevelopment. For more than one effective mechanisms to enhance the county’sindustry that lag behind under the influence of cities. Specifically, the main content ofthis paper is as follows:(1) To start with theoretical research from home and abroad to summary andanalysis, drawing on the classical theory of growth poles of regional development,development of point-axis theory, sustainable development theory, researchmetropolitan interlocking region, urban groups, dense urban areas and so on. Toprepare for this theory papers based on those formation and development of relatedfeatures.(2) To elaborate and careful analysis this paper on the related theories andconcepts, the purpose is to determine from previous studies in this paper studies theend-result. Strictly speaking, the content this paper studies belongs to urbangeography, regional economy, cross-cutting areas of industrial economics, the theoryinvolved in the study, the results of previous studies. IT has an important role for thispaper to form their own research ideas and frameworks. In particular, when we studythe metropolitan interlocking region in the industry for the impact of the county, froma more comprehensive perspective of the macro and to explore, more appropriate,facilitate the formation of its own research characteristics.(3) Multiple county metropolitan areas exist within the same effect of samemetropolitan interlocking regions and this county industrial development has itsparticularity. In the administrative divisions, economic zones, urban fringe area, urbanagglomerations and metropolitan interlocking region, this country area bears different tasks and relationships with a wide range of cities and counties. By the combinedeffect of several large cities, the county has become more oriented industries thatspread receptors, eventually led to major cities in the county industrial property sectorto undertake complex side. According to the research of process and mechanism-based, summing up thegeneral pattern framework of the county industrial development, making up with themetropolitan interlocking region of the rational organization of the county industrialmechanism, proposing non-farm type, location type, supporting type and the mixedleading industry sector development-oriented. Industrial parks, industrial clusters,industrial clusters, the development of point-axis spatial concentration of industrialorganization model, so as to adapt to form a continuous urban area in the countyindustrial development to develop a complexity with a general development model.(5) To study the case with Dengta of Liaoning Province, using GIS technology,to spatial analysis multi-city under the influence of the Dengta，so come to therelationship between Dengta and the surrounding cities. To study cities and the statusof Beacon city industry (including industry structure, industry type and level ofindustrial development), to locate the industrial development of Dengta city, Tore-layout of their space industries, and to rise up the basic framework of industrialdevelopment of Dengta city. So to summe up the general development paradigm ofthe Dengta under the influence of multi-city, and ultimately based on the particularityto develop the corresponding development model of areas in metropolitaninterlocking region.
