A succession of such fakes had been done in the world of Science and Technology. In recent years, the world of Science and Technology has been affected by the development of science and society. More and more people pay attention to the fakes in the world of science and technology.The behaviors of Huang Yuxi and Chen Jin are wicked. But how can the scientific research results of Huang Yuxi and Chen Jin been changed twice in half of a year? It seems that scientists didn't seriously review the scientific researches of Huang and Chen. Science is not playing game. Every new scientific research should be reviewed by senior scientists. If the scientific research has been reviewed and agreed by every scientist, it could be announced to the world. Obviously, there's something wrong with the scientific peer review system. The reasons had also been found out. All of these will be useful to the innovation and of peer review. In the last part of this article, it innovates and improves the peer review on the basis of the third part of this article. The innovations and improvements should be done on the side of the senior scientists. On the other hand, the improvements of the methods of peer review would do something better.In the new century, the society can't develop without science and technology. A healthy, fair-and-square peer review could drive the development of science and technology actively. With the help of the definitions of the new standards of peer review, peer review system will be innovated and improved which will expel the fakes in the world of science. The world of science without fakes and deceits is sound enough to push the development of the human beings.
