With the peer evaluation system are widely used in the domestic and foreign IT enterprises, both the field of sci-tech assessment practices and the actual value of the field of theoretical research have been widely discussed by domestic and foreign experts and scholars. As the behavior of peer-reviewed expert is directly related to the effectiveness of the peer evaluation system, this paper take it as a background, combined with true feelings on the behavior of peer-reviewed expert in actual working status, to analysis the performance of Company J's current peer evaluation system. Through reference collection and learning, introducing the concept of anti-evaluating to the peer-reviewed expert on the basis of predecessors' work,researching and selecting the guidelines of anti-evaluating to the peer-reviewed expert, designing the model for Company J's R & D Project and, analyzing its guidance significance for practical work. |
