Salary management doesn't simply mean wage policy and distribution of bonus in our state-owned marketing enterprise. Actually it's the concrete appearance of an enterprise's operation and inspiration mechanism. And it could determine whether an enterprise can preserve sustainable development and competitiveness.It selects Yizheng Chemical Fiber Co.Ltd(YCFC) as the case enterprise in this article. To utilize management theory, the human resources management theory as well as the Salary Structure theory, the article researched present problems of the case company's Salary Structure. They are manifested as employees'income is related to work efficiency little; average employees'income is different from technology backbones'not much; flexible salary proportion isn't quite much; allocation form doesn't vary much.. By using the method that some theories and two models unifies the practice of YCFC, the thesis reviews the developing process of human resource management and the salary reforming process of our state-owned enterprise. It introduces the situation and formation of YCFC's salary management, analysis to the existing problem and compare with the difference petrochemical enterprise from indoors and outdoors, make the salary investigation and foreseeing to the reformation, It demonstrates the development of YCFC's salary system from labor market, system of especial salary to the key man, the year-salary system for manager and technician, achievement salary system for salesman and salary system of efficient working. From the research of the YCFC's Reforming of salary Structure, the thesis makes an exploration that how to transform the traditional share into the contemporary share in state-owned enterprise. It has theoretical significance and practical significance.Through carefully research the case enterprise's Reforming of salary Structure, this article gives salary Structure which suits the enterprise according to the enterprise actual situation. Meanwhile it has provided the model example to the similar petrochemical enterprise to conform own situation to drive the reformation.
