At present, the holistic market environment of medicine line in China is queasy, and is facing the concussion from both the national policy adjustment and market environment integration. The enterprises are now considering adapting to the existing market environment as well as exploring a new development way.The market environment of medicine line has changed a lot these several years owing to the infection of national policy, capital inflow and operation mode of Medicine Business Company which are also the main reasons that many medicine enterprises couldn't adapt to exterior environment and got into hot water.The company channel strategy is an important factor decides whether the company can adjust to the current market environment. I made an in-depth analysis of the present market environment of the medicine enterprises in this article, using the marketing theoretic 4ps and 4cs, cases analysis method, systems analysis method, investment and research method, and find that there are so many problems in sales channels in BS Company.On the basis of the profound analysis of existing problem in sales channels of BS Company, I grope the related countermeasure of the marketing channels' management and development.Aim at the sales problems of BS Company, I think that the company should firstly recognize the current market position, adjust the marketing channel strategy to adapt to the exterior market environment, and then consolidate the interior management, build complete channel development strategy by thinning channel management, then establish a new marketing strategy centering on the market channels' management and development. In that case they can tackle new market position and solve a series of marketing problems.The problems of BS Company are typical, especially when the medicine enterprises are facing the new market situation; it is meaningful for reference in the research of the market problems.
