| Along with the quickened economic globalization and region integration, foreign direct investment, particularly the transnational corporate M&A is playing an important role in the economic development and industry structure improvement. Since the beginning of reform and opening up, the foreign direct investment has made up our country economics development fund gap, more importantly, it has brought the such resources as advanced technology, the management idea, the marketing strategy, which promoted our country region economic development and the industrial structure.At present, the transition-period of WTO for our country has finished, also we have to carry out our promise, which in all leads the study of FDI into a new stage, and this also meant we should reconsider the industry structure adjustment of each region in the international environment. Based on the data of regional industry development and FDI , in particular the connection between qualitative and quantitative in developing the structure of regional industry; This paper analyzes the influence of foreign direct investment promotes on the structure of regional industry in our country , and puts forward the constructive countermeasure proposal to optimizes our country region industrial structure.Combining with the knowledge of regional economics, structure economics, international finance, international investment and the developing economics, this paper studies the influence of foreign direct investment on the adjustment of the regional industry structure, the evolution of industrial structure under the global angle of view. The structure of the paper can be divided as follows: forwards; main parts and conclusion. The main part also can be divided into three parts: theory part; proof part and countermeasures. That can make the logical system of theory-application-countermeasure.The first part: the theory part, in the second chapter. This mainly includes the theories of the use of foreign capital, industry structure, the impact of foreign investment on the industrial structure. Firstly, elaborating simply the theory of foreign direct investment, such as the monopoly superiority theory, the interior melt theory, the international production compromised theory and the "double-gap" models and so on. Secondly, after analyzing the processing of regional industry structure theory, and illustrating the meaning and the goal and the theory of the adjustment of industry structure, we go into the main theory of the paper that is the affection of the processing of industry structure by using foreign capital. Regarding this, the economical educational world advanced the different theories, inducing two kinds: one, analyzing the influence from foreign direct investment to these three essential factors, and then to analyze the influence industry structure based on three main determinants (demands, supplies, international trade) that change industry structure, the other, "the industrial theory "that takes the international shift as the background.The second part: proof part, including chapter three and chapter four. In the third chapter, this paper mainly analyzed the regional industry structure survey in our country, the change of foreign direct investment in our country, the distribution of foreign direct investment in region, and the distributive characteristic of foreign direct investment in each regional industry structure. In the fourth chapter, firstly, the paper simply analyzed the common mechanism of foreign direct investment which promotes to the regional industry structure evolution, secondly analyzed the influences foreign direct investment on the regional industry structure evolution from positive aspect and the negative aspect, finally, according to actual foreign capital amount in each region, carries on the experienced analysis by using the deviation -share analytic method and the Pearson relevant analytic method to analyze foreign direct investment influencing regional industry structure in our country, and obtains that foreign direct investment have promoted the eastern industry structure evolution, but not the western area. This also tallies with the regional distribution of foreign capital in our country.The third part: the countermeasure, chapter five. The chapter simply has first analyzed the tendency of foreign direct investment in our country. Finally according to the result analyzing above, and unifying the adjustment goal of regional industry structure in our country, the author proposes several constructive suggestions: one, continuing to attract the foreign capital, two, strengthening the region guidance and the industrial guidance to foreign direct investment, three, establishing the perfect legal laws and regulations to protect nationality industry and the maintenance country industry security.In the last part of this paper, the author concludes that in the new time our country must continue to introduce foreign direct investment, enhance the foreign capital the quality and the benefit, make good use of the capital effects and the technical spillovers effects of foreign direct investment, correctly display the industrial policy function of government, strengthens to the capital inflowing industry and the regional guidance, take the technology advancement and the technical innovation, impel our country region industrial structure evolution to promote, and then realizes the region coordination development.In addition, in the paper there are a number of aspects in theory Jack of proof and method tools needing further study in the future. |
