Together with the innovation on China's management system of both Administration and economy, the reform of state-owned enterprises comes to a new stage which mainly needs to re-identify employees' stations. When look back of the reforming of state-owned enterprises in the past years, we fell the key point to its success is whether the employees are successfully re-identified and well aftercare on Job or not. The key solution is how to pay some compensation to the employees. During the developing of our enterprises under the planned economy in the past years, they have the character called "High accumulate, low pay". This means that the employees attribute lot to create the huge fortune for the country, but they were paid only a little. However, when the state owned enterprises are reformed and set up the modern company managing regulations and policies, the companies will no more taking responsibilities for employees' whole life and the employees will become social man who cares about themselves. Concerning of the complex status of our companies and the differences of the economy& financial status and regulations& policies in different cities and provenience, to standardize and monitor the compensation payment and to re-identify the employees' position is an emergent topic which needs special concern and study. We need to act on this point to reduce and control the potential risk and causes for the stable of the society.Started from the study on the real status of the working relationship between China's enterprises and their employees, this article tells us the solution that enterprises need to pay compensation to employees when break the work relationships with them. By the using of the methods such as locale statistic & systemic analysis based on the theories of Human resource/law/management/society/enterprise control/same benefit for both sides etc., this disquisition shows the theory foundation and legal basic of why we need to pay compensation to employees when re-identify their position. With the analysis on the real happened cases of the compensation payment, the writer studies on the unfair & unbalance compensation paying status and rise some new problems and questions about this. Then the author gives her own answers and solutions on questions such as: what are the factors that affect the compensation payment, what are the structure and source of the compensation, how to carry on the pay and how to avoid the unbalance and unfair during this process etc.
