This paper summaries the extensive and all-around research on the regional development and studies the County economy, especially the current Dehua intra-county situations with employing the theory in the Area Economics, Developing Economics, Economics and adopting the method of combinations of positive analysis and standard analysis, static analysis and dynamic an analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to point out the situation of the aggregative index system for the county area economy competition of Dehua. Then the article puts forward some measures to develop economy. The paper is divided into six sectors:The first part is background, significance, methods and Domestic and International research situation of the paper. Then the paper expatiates the connotation and characteristics of the county area economy, which offer the theoretic basis for this paper method of dissertation. The theories contain the economic growth, the condition of location and competitiveness.The second part is point out the current situation of county area economy in Dehua, analysis the natural resources, industrial situation and infrastructural facilities of Dehua.The third part is a study on the evaluation of county integrated competitiveness. The paper advice the connotation and characteristics of the county integrated competitiveness. Then the paper builds the indexes system of county economic competition power which contains 23 indicators with 2 factors on the level development of economy and the potential development of economy. Therefore, with the statistics software on SPSS, the text puts forward the rank of the county economy of integrated competitiveness. So we can find the location of the county economy of integrated competitiveness of Dehua is the last but one, this will be a disadvantage to advance the growth of economy.The fourth part is analysis the disadvantage of the county economy of integrated competitiveness of Dehua, such as mainstay industry, foreign commerce, technological innovation, environment protection and circular economy, etc.The fifth part points out the problems and factors of the county economy of integrated competitiveness of Dehua. There are some problems in the small economic scale, the economic growth mode transformation, the unfit economic infrastructure, the lagging tertiary industry, the disadvantage location and infrastructure, the unbalanced development regions, the lack resource exploitation.
