Study On The Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of Changyuan County Economy

As the basic unit of national economy,county economy is the main embodiment of agriculture and rural economy.The development of county economy to promote the transfer of rural surplus labor and optimize the allocation of resources,improve the level of urbanization,improve the overall efficiency of agriculture,which plays an important role in increasing the income of farmers,to improve the level of development of the national economy,has important significance to realize the grand goal of well-off society.Therefore,in the context of the global economic downturn,the comprehensive competitiveness of the county economy as the starting point to study the development of the county economy is a valuable research topic.Based on the description of the status of research on the comprehensive competitiveness of domestic and foreign county economy and relevant theories,taking Henan province tube county of Changyuan County as the study sample,the first survey of the current situation of economic development of Changyuan County,according to the comprehensive competitiveness of the county economy has made a qualitative analysis,pointed out that the industrial structure of Changyuan county are unreasonable,urban and rural development don't balance,science and technology innovation ability is not strong,restricting factors of capital,talent,resources and other production factors such as shortage of county economic development.Secondly,learn from relevant literature,construct a set of economic comprehensive competitiveness evaluation index system,the economic strength,the level of economic development,people's life and economic vitality and competitiveness of science and technology and other 5 indexes and 14 level two indexes,using the calculation to determine the weights of each index by AHP,and the evaluation index system of Changyuan county and other 3 provinces like Changyuan county county county economic comprehensive competitiveness empirical evaluation and comparative analysis.Finally,based on the results of the analysis put forward to deepen reform,increase investment in science and technology,adhere to innovation driven,the development of modern agriculture,improve the modern service system to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of county economy of Changyuan county and the countermeasures and suggestions.
