Ecological agriculture has been the tendency of the world agricultural, organic farming has already been one of the fastest growing industries in the world. Organic food with its high nutrition, good quality and food security has become to be the trend of world agriculture trade. The research of Xinjing organic food industry has the instructional significance to develop local economy and exploit resources. This thesis analyzed the developing of the international organic agriculture and current situation and developing trend of China organic food industry, then make further analysis on the advantages and main problems of Xinjiang organic food industry developing, put forward some suggestion for strategy and measure of Xinjiang organic food industry.The author think that Xinjiang can take full use of its regional comparative advantages to promote the developing of its organic farming and organic food industry, chooses the main region and main products, shows the advantages and characteristic of local resources, forms the producing and manufacturing zones of Xinjiang organic food, shape up the producing system of Xinjiang organic food industry, makes it become to be the main industry of Xinjiang. The author also emphasized that the developing of Xinjiang organic food industry needs the strong support from local government, push it by industrialization at the market–oriented basis.
