In recent years,the rapid development of China's organic products,which meet the consumer demand of different groups of people,protect people's food safety,protect the ecological environment,plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of agriculture,but by the presence of organic certification standards in many internal and external factors,not only the pace of development of organic product certification the affected,also to organic product certification of quality risks,caused by the direct result is that consumers do not trust,organic products,high prices and other issues.From the perspective of organic certification bodies,to provide certification in 2013-2016 organic certification of enterprise information and I participated in the certification process of the 33 Enterprises Based on the theory and method of application of standardized,detailed analysis of the following:(1)The study found that organic certification enterprises / cooperatives on the use of for use,and can not be applied without the use of organic certification mark,while non users reached 29%,A.: investigation of the cause of trouble and pay the cost of organic mark application;B.due to the understanding of the issue of consumer,can not achieve the organic product price;C.product itself,and from the organic to conventional sales force;D.market organic logo variety,consumers can not distinguish.(2)From the distribution of organic certification enterprises in Shaanxi Province,mainly due to the unbalanced government policy support to enterprises;from the enterprise certification certification type,the number of enterprises grow far beyond processing and aquaculture,the agricultural technology in China is still in the traditional planting technology,the development of industry and aquaculture still backward.(3)From the comprehensive quality of certified organic certification process score,evaluation index involves 4 aspects,including the quality records of the certification process,disable the comprehensive evaluation of substance use,product testing standards,inspection group,through the analysis of different indicators,we have the machine certification system is needed in strict control and improvement upgrade.(4)Through the analysis of the validity of the organic certification enterprise certification,there are some problems in the certification organization,such as lowering the certification fees,reducing the certification links and contracting certification records,disrupting the order of the organic certification market.
