With the fierce market competition, corporation imposes high requests on employees, and also has high requests towards the work performance of employee. So this study based on the former researches, has gone further on the relationship between the characteristic of employee and their work performance. The variables in this study conclude achievement motivation,general self-efficacy,achievement goal orientation and work performance, and the study focuses on the relationship between those variables. Through abundant reading, the primary model has been conceived, and the hypothesis have been brought up; then the original data has been acquired through questionnaire investigation and interviewing some employees. In the process of study, analysis methods of descriptive statistic,One-Way ANOVA,correlate,linear regression,route analysis are adopted to discuss and study the relationship among those variables including achievement motivation,general self-efficacy,achievement goal orientation,task performance and contextual performance. And validate the hypothesis that achievement goal orientation partially acts as a mediator, modifies the primary model and forms a new model based on the study. Finally, through the discussion of the study results, the author brings forward some suggestion and advice for reference in practical human resource management work. |
