Research On Reconstruction Of Gansu Old Industrial Base Based On Industrial Cluster

Industrial base is an industrial economical cluster of national economy. It not only can allocate resources, reduce transaction costs, but also can promote regional economic growth . It is also crucial to choose the strategic action and measure concerning the coordinative, sustainable and healthy development of national economy. The old industrial bases play an important role in the development of the industry .Though the old industrial bases have left behind, they still have many relative advantages, it has feasibility and necessary to revitalize. Gansu old industrial base faces many difficulties : status situation,resource constraints (including natural resource and the market resource ),institutional constraints .This thesis adopts methods of the combination of theoretical and empirical analysis, of the link of system analysis and emphasis analysis and of normative analysis. This thesis illustrates the formation and evolution mechanism of industrial cluster on the basis of the theoretical analysis, then it explains the basic features of Gansu old industrial base—embedded economy and realize the reconstruction of Gansu old industrial base through breaking the weak links of leading industrial chain, playing the role of Gansu Petrochemical industry, nurturing and improving system of industry cluster . This thesis points out the particularity of industry cluster of Gansu old industrial base ,then puts forward the important way is industrial cluster which is characterized of Gansu old industrial base.
