Research On Reconstruction And Development Of Traditional Industrial Bases In China

Traditional industrial bases have laid important material foundation for the industrialization in China and made great contribution to socialist construction in the past 40 years.They played a "growth pole" role and were the predominant power for Chinese regional economic development.In recent years as the world develops, traditional industrial bases are facing a universal outstanding problem,which is the obvious slowdown of heir economic growth speed and visible tendency of comparative decline.They are still and will continue to be the important material base for Chinese socialism modernization construction in the future,which proves that their crucial strategic position is implacable.Therefore,it is a significant and urgent task to quicken the reconstruction and development of bases in order to accelerate the socialism modernization construction process and promote the economic development. Under this situation,traditional bases are separately taking effective measures to speed their reconstruction and development.The Sifang base is also a typical traditional industrial base which faces various problems of economic increase inability,technological progress slowness and industrial structure aging.Thereby it is necessary to reconstruct and develop the Sifang base to accelerate the economical development of Sifang District.Firstly this paper adopts a way of literature research which investigates relatively classic documents of reconstructing and developing traditional bases in and out of China to knowledge basic situations of the investigation and development of the traditional bases wholly and accurately.Secondly through researching and analyzing relevant theories of regional economy development,including the regional industry structure and the industry transfer and the industrial cluster theories. These theories offer useful references for reconstructing and developing traditional bases from different points of view and give a stable theoretical foundation for economic restructuring and transformation.Then through a way of drawing lessons, the paper learns from successful reconstructing and developing experiences of internal and foreign traditional industrial bases and make them systematization and theorization,and thus concludes inspirations for reconstructing and developing the Sifang base on the basis of theoretical study.Finally the paper uses a positive analysis way,taking the Sifang base as a concrete example and analyzing its existing problems of economic function and general situation,this paper achieves specific countermeasures to reconstruct and develop the Sifang base.It is meaningfully important to investigate and find a right way to reconstruct and develop the Sifang base for it is a typical sample,which will accelerate the development of its economy and ecological economy,build up a central district with economic prosperity,a harmonious society,a suitable entrepreneurial life and humanity-oriented charm of a modern and cosmopolitan city be the first to realize the basic modernization.
