Study Of Sustaintable Development Of County Based On The Emergy Analysis

Emergy analysis makes up of defect of other ways of evaluating region sustainable development and has become a new way of sustainable development evaluation. The reality of china determines the importance of sustainable development strategy, while the sustainable development of county becomes a key to carry out strategy of china, which plays an important role to the evaluation of sustainable development.At first, the paper states the theory of emergy analysis, then it evalues the sustainable development of FengCheng city in PoYang Lake area from 1998 to 2004 by emergy analysis. The result is as following:①The ratio of industry emergy during the all emergy input is becoming less and less. The increase of Feng cheng city economy wasted a lot of resource and material. The economical profit is very low and the economical development is un-sustainable.②The bigger emergy-money ratio of Fengcheng city indicates an undeveloped economical level.③The emergy per person is increasing year by year, but it is still lower.④The waste emergy ratio is increasing.⑤The area is undeveloped, however its environment loading ratio is bigger. The environment pressure will get bigger and bigger if it continues this kind of development model.⑥EISD(a indice signing sustainable development level)is reducing.The paper gives some suggestions about the sustainable development of Fengcheng city:①Developing the environment and resource emergy rationally.②Changing the increase model of economy.③Strengthening reform openness ,adopting the higher emergy such as capital,technology and talents outside of system.④Improving ecosystem environment and developing recycling economy and diverting waste emergy into useful emergy.⑤Increasing farmer income and resuming level.At last ,The paper points out the shortage of itself and expects emergy analysis of county sustainable development.
