Research On The Development Of County Economy Of Fengcheng County Liaoning Province

During the last years, the county economy has become the focus of national economic development and occupied an important place in the national economy. At the 16th National Congress of the CPC, "Strengthen the County Economy" has been included on the agenda as an important reference to the economic construction and economic reform. The 11th Five-Year Guidelines for National Economy and Social Development also involves "Support the County Economy" and "Strengthen the County Economy" in its contents, taking as an important objective of the national economy and social development. All this shows that it has reached the stage to develop and strengthen the county economy. Liaoning province has taken successive measures to accelerate the development of the county economy. In the new period, the functions of the county economy development are mainly manifested in such areas: promoting urban-rural development, facilitate the solution of Chinese three-dimensional rural issues and improve the construction of the harmonious Socialist Society ..Based on the concept of scientific development, taking the county economy of Fencheng county as the subject of the study, this paper does a SWOT analysis on the economic development of Fencheng county on the basis of an overview of internal and external research on the county economy, and raises the thinking of development and strategic measures of the county economy of Fengcheng county.
