Among the refinery's production activities, the scheduling of product oil is one of its important contents. In the product oil tank yard, the quantity of the equipment is relatively limited. However, various production activities always take place at the same time, which requires the persons being engaged in the scheduling work of product oil, to make projects corresponding to the circumstances. The main contradictory in the product oil scheduling is the variety of the production tasks and the limitation of the equipment.Aiming at some problems of the scheduling work of product oil in most refinery at present, surrounding how to assist the persons to scientifically and efficiently complete their scheduling tasks, the dissertation researches the models and solving algorithms of product oil scheduling problems. First, it discusses the requirement for the scheduling tasks of the product oil tank yard, and summarizes the basic principles about the product oil tank yard scheduling. Based on that it builds the MILP models aiming at different scheduling tasks, and presents the target function and constrained condition of every model. Secondly, it presents the modified feasible solution searching methods based on collective path, and based on that designs the solving algorithms of every model. Thirdly, taking certain refinery oil tank yard for example, it analyzes its technological process and tests the models'efficiency. At last, it discusses the realtime scheduling system design base on IRS3 and PI of the product oil tank yard, and analyzes the potential problems.The main innovative points of the dissertation are as follows.1. It analyzes the product oil tank yard's technological process, and summarizes the basic principles about the product oil tank yard scheduling.2. It researches and builds the MILP models aiming at different scheduling tasks.3. It presents the modified feasible solution searching methods based on collective path, designs the solving algorithms of every model, and tests the models'efficiency with an example.4. It designs the realtime scheduling system base on IRS3 of the product oil.
