| As series of Diesel Emission Regulation release from NS IV to NS V from Ministry of Environment Protection of the People's Republic of China(MEPC)so that to improve air pollution from vehicle with diesel engine,more and more aftertreatment products have been developed and applied together with diesel engine so that to meet much stricter emission requirement.As a result,it has been as urgent and important topic for engine corporate to improve the product management and scheduling control for the aftertreatment product development,ensuring the new product could develop quickly with good quality and deliver to market on time.In these years,thescheduling control of project management has been widely applied and proved to be an effective method to improve working efficiency and meet development time plan as expected.But that application is not applied to engine aftertreatment development yet for the new technical solution,especially for China market,which has to adapt to short development period,low product cost and immature supplier chain.Therefore,a suitable and effective scheduling control method,targeting to China market,is highly needed for local enterprises,even for foreign corporate with rich experience in non-China market.This thesis will supply a method of scheduling control of project management to aftertreatment product for China market,on base of NS V Engine aftertreatment product development for F engine of C Corporate.First of all,some issues are highlighted from C Corporate we are facing,from which we could know the necessarily to improve project scheduling control.After that,WBS method was applied to break down the project,on base of which the responsibility was clarified.Furthermore,some key thesis of milestone was introduced,such as CPM,Buffering calculation and scheduling control plan.At last,some effective project scheduling management method was summarized so that to ensure project delivered on time as expected. |
