The Research Of Monopoly And Competition Restriction In Multinational Corporations In China

Based on the research of monopoly and competition restriction in multinational corporations in domestic and overseas countries, (from the concept of multinational corporations and its relative theory), this paper not only studies the situation of monopoly and competition restriction , and analyzes the concrete forms and cases of multinational corporation in China, but also discusses intentions and causes of multinational corporations and proposes legislative suggestions and measures with connection to present situation of China' s supervision and regulation.
