Influenecs Of Foreign Direct Investment In The Optimization Of Guangxi Industrial Structrue

With the fast development of the reform and open policy of GuangXi, FDI (foreign direct investment) play a more and more important role in GuangXi economy growth, GuangXi's "11th Five-Year Plan" put forward a clear plan to expand FDI in the transfer to the country. To identify the positive and negative effects of FDI in GuangXi optimization of the industrial structure, and reasonably arranges FDI in Guangxi industrial distribution, promote the optimization of the industrial structure, it becomes an important component part of the work which GuangXi introduce FDI policy. This paper is based on the context of the above considerations, using cointegration analysis and Granger causality testing for FDI and the industrial added value of GuangXi for empirical analysis, trying to explore the positive and negative effects of FDI in Guangxi optimization of the industrial structure , and then think about how to effective use of FDI for the optimization of the industrial structure in Guangxi.This paper holds that FDI promote GuangXi industrial structure for evolution and upgrading. After the empirical analysis, we find that the relationship between FDI and GuangXi's three industrial added value are reinforced each other and promoted each other. The part of FDI in the first industry increases with added value in the first industry; The added value in the second industry increases with its FDI ; But the relationship between the third industry added value and its FDI is a reverse relationship. It can be found, if we want to maintain a continuous inflow of FDI, we must accelerate economic development and industrial structural adjustments. In addition, FDI has a positive side and a negative side, GuangXi must avoid the weaknesses and develop the strengths, so as to strengthen self-construction, by this way can GuangXi received the maximum utility of FDI.The innovation of this paper is: to make use of ADF unit root testing, cointegration analysis and granger causality testing on the empirical analysis. On the basis of empirical analysis, our political proposal has more pertinence and more practical.
