The Corporation Culture Research Of GXHG/Guangxi Research Institute Of Chemical Industry

With the spreading of the corporation culture theory in China in recent years, more and more enterprises have realized that corporation culture, as an important power, can bring them economic and social benefits. In China, many corporations have encountered more and more complicated competing environments. They begin to stress on building up their own corporation culture and their enterprises' cultural concept. How can each enterprise shape a kind of characteristic culture based on their corporations' own traits? How to combine the contemporary research achievements on corporation culture both at home and abroad with the actual practice of enterprises in China? These are the questions of great significance.This paper describes the theory of corporation culture and summarizes outstanding corporation culture both in China and in foreign countries for reference. Using the data achieved by question and answer sheet and interview, through analyzing the corporation culture of GXHG at the moment, existing problems are revealed and ways are given to restore GXHG corporation culture. Furthermore, the paper discusses the task, aim and characters of corporation culture of GXHG, and designs spiritual cultural system, behavior culture system of the corporation level by level based on enterprise value.
