Research On The Influence Of Informatization Of Economy Development Of Guangxi

With the arrival of the information era, the development of human society arrivesat information society from industrial society, informatization has surpassed thetraditional industrialization in its influence on the society, and the degree ofinformatization has been the new sign of comprehensive national power andcompetitive power of a nation. All countries are developing informatization activelyto improve the comprehensive national power. There is a big gap between our countryand developed countries in informatization level, Guangxi is a latter-developed area,but it has important strategic position and geographic advantages, research on theinfluence of informatization to economy development, it is the significant problem toaccelerate national economy and social development by making use ofinformatization in Guangxi.At first, this paper applies induction and deduction to analyze the theory ofinformatization, information-technology industry and the relation of their, and thetheory of measuring informatization level and the influence of informatization toeconomy development, investigates the theories and methods which fit in with thereality of Guangxi, provides the fundamental for research.Second, this paper compares the condition and experience of informatizationdevelopment in developed country and developed province or area, and puts forwardsome useful experiences of basic installation and research, law and regulations andenterprise informatization.Third, on the one hand, in the basis of index system of measuring informatization level, and according to the reality of informatization development and the statisticsdata of Guangxi, the paper designs a model of measuring and calculating theinformatization index, calculates the informatization index from 1995 to 2005 ofGuangxi; on the other hand, in the basic of analysis the GDP of Guangxi, thenresearches the influence of informatization to Guangxi economy development fromthe angle of quality. Meanwhile, the paper calculates the influence extent and theinfluence extent coefficient of 42 economy branches in the basis of influence extentcoefficient model, and researches the effect of information-technology industry toeconomy growth of Guangxi emphatically. Then summarizes the achievements andprimal problems in the process of informatization development of Guangxi.At last, puts forward some countermeasures in using informatization to spur theleap-over development of Guangxi national economy according to the usefulexperiences of developed areas and the development of Guangxi informatization andGDP.
